We were in much the same position except for the fact that we had an older copier that kept breaking down. Service calls were rapidly adding up. We print about 70 two sided legal size (8 1/2 x 14 inches) per week for our church bulletin plus occasionally printing 25-30 copies of 40-80 page books for class use. We purchased one of these directly from Canon via their web site. We get the toner refills via Amazon for about a third of what Canon or the local guy charges. So far, so good.
