you probably did some good, but you won't get them to 13 in just a couple days, it may take a couple weeks.  Keep an eye on your moisture chart, and make sure you run the fan on a dry day when you decide you are done.  You can over wet them too if you aren't careful.  I had them all get stuck to the floor one year and we had to push the sweep auger all the way around the bin.  We were tired when done, but figured we had made 3-5000 bucks, so it was totally worth it.  Any moisture you put in the bin the last couple days gets sold for $9/60lbs or whatever your bean price is!
