Butterfield, MN | There may be an issue with the bolt you are using to read the spinner speed. Replace it with one that you know is reliably ferrous. I've seen this kind of issue before where the sensor won't pick up the bolt reliably every time, sometimes varying by the speed of the spinner. A different bolt cures the issue. Another option may be if you are reading off of multiple bolts, they may be at different distances from the sensor, so one is always picked up and one is sometimes picked up. Again, this can vary by speed. | |
