Depending on what year it is, most of the big trucks share parts with the pick up trucks. I have bought aftermarket truck parts for my 66 chevy C60s out of truck part places. LMC classic truck etc. pretty sure square body trucks are the same (73-87). I actually have several of those pick ups so if you send a pic, I might be able to hook you up with one.
