pressure depends entirely on length of hose runs, size of hoses, and amount of material put out. i wouldn't think any two people would run the same pressures.

as for wires, looks like you have a mess. someone butchered that up pretty good. the three wires in the picture appear to be coming from your valve. those are obviously very important. the other wires you will use is for shaft speed (likely an encoder). other than that i do not believe i use any other connections on my strip till module. i can get you some pics of where stuff goes (went on mine) if you need. off the top of my head i am unsure. if i had to just guess i would say in the carpet picture, the left one is valve and the right one is encoder. but i am only guessing. as i said i can get you pics but my connectors are not the same as what you have. the right one is a raven connector but is it 3 or 4 pin? i am only guessing. i will look at mine and get back to you when i get out to the shop next.
