Our moisture sensor on 5130 combine seems to stick to a number and won't move. Clean sensor and small auger compartment and works for 10 seconds then gravitates towards previous number and stays there. When we pull small auger looks like it doesn't Cycle. Any ideas?

If the sensor chamber is full of grain when you pull out the auger, check the inline fuse. I'll bet it's blown. Your moisture "works" for a few seconds because the chamber is filling with grain and the sensor is measuring new grain until the chamber is full, at which point the sensor is measuring static grain and the value won't change.

While you have the auger out, make sure it's not rusty or corroded - especially the end that fits into the plastic block. A dirty sample with bits of cob can jam in the auger chamber and cause the fuse to blow too.

Replace it with a 5A fuse unless it's blowing repeatedly, then try 7.5A or 10A. Remember that the fuse is protecting the motor, so don't just jam a piece of baling wire in there... :-)
