Kansas City | I will post the hedge idea again and pull the 5th paragraph. I just try to be up front on who I am and what I do. That's why I included my cell phone, name, job etc. My goal is to provide content that has enough value that guys want to contact me. I will see if I save the post somewhere and re-post it... minus the "solicitation".
Here's an idea guys... call your buyer, broker or whoever you sell soybeans too and find out what it cost to sell 2018 soybeans. I would encourage you to make the elevator hold the risk by doing HTA's or futures first contracts. Do not allow them to charge more than 5 cents, at the most... free is ideal but 5 cents keeps you above $10.00 before basis. Currently $10.10 futures
