it will not matter what company he has, he will be put in the pool and have high risk insurance for a year maybe two, if he has had no insurance before, some one hits him ,all he can go after is $400.00, no insurance you can go to jail, it started out in 1974 to save people hassel, and money but has turned into a nightmare of very high cost insurance, with very high medical costs
