Leesburg, Ohio | Mostly the same setup we run: Bestway 1200/90, GS2, Rate Controller, Swath Pro, with an 8420 and integrated auto-steer. No need for foamers. Raven 450 came with the sprayer, but we don't use it...just the Deere Rate Controller (we move it from planter to sprayer).
We had an ATU on the 8300 this spring and didn't like it, and traded for another integrated valve, but didn't try the ATU200. For spraying, I think the ATU would work fine.
The equipment you listed is just what you need for spraying in my opinion, and is upgradable to SF2 or RTK without losing anything.
IF you have any intention at all of following planter rows, you may want to look at RTK, but you can upgrade this system easily. | |
