Jon, Look at your keyboard and find the little key at the left of the space bar that has the little windows flag on it. Hold that down and tap the "E" key. That should bring up Windows explorer. If the C Drive has a plus sign in front of it, click that with the mouse and it will open up so you can see all the folders. Notice that on my drive, the Trimble folder is shown and if you open that by clicking the plus in front of it, you see the EZ-Toolbox folder. That's where the new firmware file needs to be moved to.

I'm not sure if the Trimble folder may be beneath the Program Files folder on normal systems. If it's not where mine appears, you may need to open up the Program Files folder and see if there's a Trimble folder there.
