| farmer53 - 10/8/2017 10:19 Quite a few around here that will pay 400 for good ground and 350-375 for marginal. One younger guy has a standing offer of $375 for anything. Those numbers almost work as long as you hit top end yield(240+). The losses start from there.
That young guy must not have much to lose.
Makes you wonder if landlords ever do the math and think "that ain't going to work, how is he going to pay me?".
