I have a CIH 7130 combine (old cab) with pro700 yield monitor running v30.something. I started combining beans today and after a couple hours I had a few instances where it would randomly stop recording on my yield map. The first time I though it was a fluke, but then it stopped recording in about the same place in the field on the next pass! Everything seemed to be working fine....I had GPS, head was all the way down( the green arrow was pointing down), reading elevator speed....and it was still counting bushels even though it wasn't mapping. I'm even using the USB stick from CIH.

Any ideas what else to check? I didn't have any problems last year and I haven't done any updates, etc.

Thank you!

What was your ground speed? You mentioned that it stopped recording in the same area of the field - were you slowing down there for downed corn, weed patch, etc? Ground speed must be 0.5mph or higher to log data.
