Subject: RE: NAT approved battery charger

I've had a 6002B Associated charger for over ten years. Bought it after I got tired of buying a new charger every 4-5 year s. Unless the battery was shorted out I'ver never not had it charge a dead battery, usually we ill start the vehicle in a coup l e minutes after hooking it up. We've started dead semis with 4 large batteries in no more than 10 minutes if not less using the "boost". If it wont start by then you can bet 1 or more batteries are bad. Never have had to add jumper cables to help start an engine.

When I was a kid, I'm 66, dad had an Associated. After he moved to N.C., he didn't have room to always keep it inside, so it sat under an awning at the back door except during the winter. Younger brother has it now & he still uses it I paid close to $600 for mine & has been worth every penny. if it ever went bad I wouldn't hesitate buying another. In fact am considering buying a second one to have one in each shop.
