Subject: RE: EPA Mulls Restricting Dicamba Use

Texas
The EPA had their chance and failed. They need to stay the heck out of it and let's individual counties within the states restrict dates. Dates need to be set by a board of local farmers, no government or city folks.

Texas has had this sort of system for years. It works pretty good besides some outlaws. I believe when the dicamba rolled out around here everyone had a huge respect for the off target risks and that led to a very successful summer as far as off target issues.

Anything the EPA does will be sweeping and have some very serious unintended impacts on people.

The solution to this whole deal is a distinct type product for beans and cotton. So we take the high rates of AI out of the air. I've said this several times. Maybe someone will mail me a check when they start selling it.
