Wave guys rarely predict the future correctly but are excellent at going back and adjusting their abc's. That being said this rally appears to be an exhaustion rally. No new food for the bears, they used it all up. Plus everyone I know is bearish. That's enough sometimes. It doesn't have to make sense. It's the market, it does what it wants to.
