Try Walgreens Zyrtec. Its cheap and effective
If grinding sets it off the worst wear a respirator,,,the ones with cartridges. It might be unhandy but if you feel so much better afterwards it is worth it and you will soon be a welcome habit
How does cleaning out the grain bins work for you? That was always the worst for me
