Was thinking about this again today, too. Did vet verify diagnosis, or just go with his gut ? This sounds like the symptoms you described and also looks like the photo you showed. Maybe have some on hand to drench or inject if anyone shows signs and see what happens? Sounds like maybe before you go them poor feed can put them at risk, their bellies get out of wack and that starts this mess. Hope you get through this without losing anymore.
