In your neck of the woods, that's Brewers Grain getting bagged out of either the Coors plant or AB in williamsburg. Much higher moisture product, and works better being bagged because of higher fiber content.

Wet Brewers in a bag is good for 6 months if sealed off initially and it doesn't get any holes in it while they dump it in.
