Tri axle trailers are a little shorter than tandems. A step down is better than to high. My trucker here said that new legislation in Ontario says that he is not supposed to load or unload cattle through a shoot that is not at the correct angle. I forget if it was less than 41 degrees or what. Might be something to consider also
