| After he replied to a thread of mine on my JD 4430 air conditioning (and quite a few others before that) I ordered some air conditioning parts from him as he is an AP Air dealer.
I paid him in a manner that I felt was relatively prompt but it was a little too prompt for the way I have my book keeping system set up because I sent the check out before I received the invoice. When the invoice came in I imagine my wife put it in the "bills" folder and then when our part time book keeper came in she paid all of the bills in said folder.
Indianajones received a second check for the parts he sent me (something I likely would have caught but possibly 6 months later when looking through Quickbooks expense reports on various pieces of equipment) and promptly called me and let me know and then incinerated (cutting torch I believe, lol) my second check.
Anyway, I think most everyone I do business is pretty honest but it's nice to see it in action occasionally. Thanks Indy! | |
