Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80 | Did you already try and pick up the 2 rows you had to drive over? (if so, it doesn't look like it picked up too well) I know Dad would put the forage wagon, in the chopper's transport hitch, on that one pass, then it follows pull-type chopper and only the tractor is "pushing down" the corn rows that one must drive over to get one opening pass started thru the center of a field. He immediately came back, on next pass, trying to pick up those downed rows. |
