Not so much for cleaning up the corrosion (usually use baking soda and water) but for trying to prevent it. I've used the red NOCO spray (on the left in picture) before but have still had the corrosion eat through it and build up. The best I have found is this thick Blackburn Contax paste (on the right in picture) used for dissimilar metals in electrical breaker boxes. It's very sticky and hard to clean off but seems to seal things up and prevent the corrosion. I have noticed the group 31 stud type battery connections and the GM side terminal type connections never seem to have corrosion issues "here" It is always the clamp and post type connections which are problematic and something I am trying to move away from.
