north east IN
Spent a lot of time driving truck this week and ate to many cookies for lunch. I can see why a lot of truck drivers are heavy, enough said about that. Got the first job chopped and boy was the silage wet, was running from the bunker by noon the first day but that is how they want it done. Thursday morning the chopper got sprayed by a skunk, driver was trying to get somebody to take his place driving but no takers. Suppose to rain next couple days so then we will start on ours. Our silage first 150 acres got planted then the next 350 acres was planted a month later so trying to decide when to chop it. Guess it would be nice to have bags or several small bunks instead of one big one
