southern MN | Lots of times non native English speaking people get on a web site, new person, post one or two messages that are not really related to anything else going on, in broken engilish, and promote a web site that might be of suspitious value.
This thread is either that, or someone not so good with English trying to help out and misplaced the message.
Can't really tell which.
