Bloomington and Putnam IL | Hi Debbie. I liked checking in each week on my slow journey to getting my youth back. Just turned 53 and still in the upper 140s most mornings. Ran a 21:36 5K last week and my wife has only been running since summer did 3.3 miles without stopping with me this morning. Keep up the good work. And the rest of you 200+ pounds guys, try a little harder and no doughnuts until you can see all your ribs again...
