Investment-wise, a mobile or modular is more like a vehicle than a house...
Around here, there are a lot of the old non-HUD-approved ones that you can literally do nothing with but tear them down or burn them. As long as they aren't moved, they are grandfathered...some of the old trailer parks are pretty shabby lookin'...
