Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | On my Deere 8310R I had to replace the switch because it was not returning to Neutral properly. On that rig, it must return to the center position where it makes contact with another terminal or the system will refuse to engage next time. I suspect it got drenched in Mountain Dew while the tractor was out on lease before I bought it.
Mine works with an Ag Leader system and the switch isn't used to shut off the steering. I just grab the steering wheel to disengage or push the button on the display. |
