| The problem is wireless, either on your laptop or on the printer. I assume your desktop connection to the printer is also wireless....if it is, and since it is working from the desktop, the problem is then at the laptop. You would have to look in whatever software is provided for connecting wirelessly to the printer. Is there a button you can click to "discover" other wireless items? Also, if you can go to your printer setup, you should look around in the menus to see if you have to click to make it online. Where are you in ND? The dot looks like you are near Souris or Westhope. | |
