And my loss is limited to just the cost of the ticket. Odds are poor, but where else do you get a shot in your lifetime at winning $700,000,000 for an investment of $2? It's false advertising and miss leading - No other business could get away with such. The actual winnings are the Cash Value, not the projected over 30 yrs. Lotteries should not be allowed to make the focus the "invested" amount of the 30 yrs payout. My 2¢ |
