I have two that look just like that. I bought one of these and it worked:

I did some measuring and had a local small manufacturing place cut me out a plate and spacer
(round part
) so I have a spare.
I think the reason ours broke is we were missing spacers between the links so they could slide on the pins and get bent and break.
