According to Bobcat, Hi-flow was an option. I agree that hi-flow is important, and everyone else I talk to says they really like it. Much better when running snowblower and other hydraulic attachments. Forestry mulcher's kind of need hi-flow or they don't work as well, but it also depends which one you get. Look here at the link at the bottom and you can find all the info for your machine.

Edit- I haven't used a post pounder on a skid steer, but I'm sure that hi-flow would make it much more efficient to operate if it can handle it.
