Centralia, MO | Have you checked to see if any codes come. Turn the key on and off three times and on the third time leave it on. The check engine light will flash and tell you. Count the flashes it will have a pause then count again. 61 is all clear. Mine is a 2007 and I've replaced the fuel pump the regulator all filters required the map sensor and the throttle position sensor. Only thing I have left are injectors and they are sitting on the counter. Also replaced the spark plugs.
Sorry my comments may not apply I'm not sure if yours will be fuel injected.
