Something like having a house to rent, but only want to rent to married people.  Told a couple that fact a couple of years ago when we had a house to rent, now sits empty, needs repairs.  Boy did they get come ungluded and told me how they were going to take to me to court, ect.  I said, "Go right ahead.  I have xxx amount of money and am willing to spend all of it in a court battle, I will battle them to the bitter end in court." Funny, I never heard from them again.
