Near-north Ontario, French River | I don't know if I'd be overly concerned with a 6ft tub, relative to a standard tub, discharging too much water, even if it was going through a septic bed. Yes it will hold more water, but if your septic bed can't handle any extra 20-30 gals a day you've got bigger problems. Having said that, the only thing in my house that goes into the septic is the toilets, everything else is 'grey' water and has its own drain. FWIW...I'm 6 ft 5" , so I 'get" having to squeeze into a standard tub ! |
