Mccune KS		If case goes cold and someone really cares.
Find and fund someone that legally hunts.
Don't get in authorities way tho.

Some parts of the country enforcement is underfunded and laws vary.
Close by here they let some go because there's was
no money to hire a attorney.

Micheal Jordon ran into similar issues with his dad.
Authorities get over whelmed and under funded.
