Iowa | Great pics! I used to go with it my dad as a kid. We all loved it. My hubby and son went this year and son really loved it. Funny thing, I remember listening to dads handheld years ago. Tower traffic was crazy. I would listen for hours. Day before hubs and son left, (pretty quiet day, Wed) I found their tower channel online and heard Sean D. tucker call in for his runway, "oracle 1". They chatted some back and forth and it was Pretty cool. And I had forgotten the way the ATC's spoke who enjoyed just being there. "Welcome to Oshkosh Mr. Tucker, Welcome to Oshkosh." Makes my heart warm. I'm glad you caught the beauty of the show. My all time fave was the Missing man formation, always brought tears to my eyes and always will.
