| The link from Operations Center to Apex is for incoming files only. It will not add anything to setup info in Apex (CFF,machines, implements, products, etc.)
If the Operations Center is correct and you would like to add products, implements, etc. to Apex you can create a setup file in Operations Center and unload it to Apex.
It is actually very easy to clean up fields in the Operations Center. Click the box next to "Name" in your field list then you can place a check mark next to the fields you would like to delete. It is also possible to sort that list by farm or client to easily sort them. Same path will also allow you to export shape files of documentation or your boundaries.
