NE Nebraska | Did the return show up as a line item on the invoice? We do business with a repair shop and we will occasionally return an item or sell them an item. They'll apply the credit to the next invoiced purchase we make, but the monthly statement is just a consolidated list of all the invoice totals. It means we need to review all the invoices and the statement, but that's business. | |
