Yes it will work and is light enough you can mount it on the right side console like the Pro 700 would be to make convenient to touch buttons. Will need a Nav2 not sure on aNav3, and harness to connect EZ to Nav harness. If remember correctly will get power through the Nav connections. Should be able to google EZ500 auto pilot manual and will have pn# in diagrams.
