| calf was with mother in a lot for about 6 hours . got a little stressed in the whole fiasco and when i got home tonight she had moved but didn't really want to get up . Nowhere as good as she was this morning . Got cow in the barn and took my time getting calf in from another direction . Both in now and calf went right to teats . Bag is full and maybe as bid as this cow has ever been . never had a problem with her . She worked at least 3 and pushed with decent force , but not sure she got anything . a little foam maybe looks like I need to set up panels and begin the rodeo to get her in the chute Only done this once before and someone else had started it before I got there . Should I try to tie the back leg to keep her from kicking ? | |
