Dishwasher water is straight hot out of the water heater.   It's still very hot when it drains and under pressure from the dishwasher pump.   I don't think its your dishwasher water clogging the drain.

Edit to add:   Something like bacon grease down the disposal without being chased by hot water could probably plug it.
