My 02 road king has a 117 in it. I'm guessing those two would play nicely together. Mines 134hp and 138ft lbs tq. Dark horse billet crank and rods, Axtell cylinders, 11.2 to 1 compression, T-man thumper heads, hpi 58mm throttle body, and 650 redshift cams.
