NCND | My sister lives there and we go there lots. 700+ miles for us. But this year was the best. Kids are finally old enough to take our eyes off of them for a minute. And we get a few local deals. But not having to buckle kids in car seats and change diapers, finally made it a vacation I could enjoy too. I did just as many water slides as they did. They are 6 and 9. When they are 9&12 would be perfect. My. Olympus is a dump on the motel side. But they have othe options, witch makes it fun if you don't wanna swim. Chula has some cool things but they are out of the way a bit,shuttles run, haven't been to Kalahai, but I hear it is good. Haven't been to Wilderness ether, but looks neat. Rooms are cheap compared to other areas. We stayed a night in Duluth on are way there and a crappy room with a view was 220$. That said, everyone enjoyed the time for once, I would almost pay double. | |
