Central MN | If you can feed them to 350-500lbs they would sell better(here they would). I have been doing the almost the same with cross breed calves. Raise them for 8weeks, vaccinate, and sell. On holstiens I feel all the works need to be done, dehorned, cut, and a long list of shots in order to get a reasonable profit at 8-12 weeks.
May I ask what price range for calves are? Here last week good groups were $120-130
