Subject: RE: 3950 deere silage cutter

North West IA/western AZ
I have not had a cutter since the 3800 but there was an inner lining in the spout that could wear thru and cause problems blowing. I pulled that with a 4010 for a while and then a 4630. The 4010 you could drive by the engine sounds but with the 4630, it would suddenly choke the throat without pulling the tractor down at all. Good luck, I always enjoyed cutting silage.
