Paul the only plugging I've had with this rake is when I first got it - the dealer assembly man had put one wheel on backwards. Once that was corrected I have had zero plugging problems.  My first cutting this year was also a very tall grass/clover mix. No problems mowing or raking.

Here are a couple pics of 1st crop height. I tedded this out then raked it in. I don't have any pics of raking the first crop but no plugging issues.
