Northern Illinois | So I thought that the excessive overreach from the last administration, known as Wotus, was over? Wotus was planned and almost executed by the last president. It was a perfect set of appointments by the environmentalists. Joellen Darcy was the former sec of army corps, she has headed several environmental action committees under former senator Barbra Boxer. Jenny Mcarthy was appointed head of the EPA, formally from the Clinton administration. Under these two appointments agriculture had a bullseye on it. Now you can see what was riding on the last election.
