A guy I know bought some at a store in Denver. They have shops that sell it everywhere in Colorado.
Not everywhere...Each town has to approve it. Only one town in this county has voted it in, & that was only last year. They're still hammering out all the details. The closer you get to a ski town, the easier it is...
