All way across state? Heck Harper is down in the lower part. You'd only have to go half way across west to get to them. I drove all the way down there to put the bed on the original pickup. That was a looong trip for a young fella back then.
2 hours it took them to put it on my original dodge. Pump and everything. Then the lights were flickering and it took them an hour to diagnose that one of the bulbs had all the wires fused together from the factory causing a direct short so after replacing the bulb the guy rolled out a drop bumper and bolted it on for free for my trouble. I was plum happy about that. What I wasn't happy about was being told to be there at 11 am and then waiting around till 4 pm before they started putting it on and not getting out till 7 to go all the way back home that night in fog. It was a looong day. | |
