I am having frustrations trying to add Arc ImageServer services to QGIS.

I am using a tutorial and have no problem with the link, but the difference between this link and the others I am using is that this link is a MapServer link, not an ImagerServer link.

Links I am trying to use:

http://data.isgs.illinois.edu/arcgis/rest/services/Elevation/IL_Statewide_Lidar_DEM_SPE/ImageServer

https://gis.apfo.usda.gov/arcgis/rest/services/NAIP/Illinois_2015_1m/ImageServer

Anyone this far into GIS to have an answer?
